We make every effort to display the products on our site accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device display of any colour or image will be accurate. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched, except for approved credit accounts. We accept bank transfer, cash on delivery (UAE only), and card payment via Stripe.
We aim to dispatch in-stock items the same business day for orders placed before 2:00 PM GST (Mon-Thu, Sat). Delivery timelines depend on destination and chosen shipping method. We ship across the GCC region. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Parts may be returned within 7 days of receipt provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Electrical components (PCBs, motors) are non-returnable once opened. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Products carry the manufacturer warranty where applicable. Real AC Parts provides no additional warranty beyond that offered by the original manufacturer. Warranty claims for defective goods should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Real AC Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased through this website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
